Baby beds:	A baby bed is available. Please contact the front desk. This service is free of charge.
Baby sitter:	Available on request – please contact the front desk. Please inform us a day before.
Bank:	The Volksbank Kassel with EC card machine is in the village. A savings bank or a Waldecker Bank can be found further in the direction of the village center about 500 – 1000 meters.
Bar:	Our hotel bar Blueberry is located on the ground floor and is open daily from 2.00 pm. Here we serve a selection of hot and cold drinks.
Bathrobe:	One Bathrobe and one sauna towel are in your room – free of charge. Bathroom slippers are available at the wardrobe or you can ask at the reception.
Bottled Water:	One bottle of water in the room is for free. You can order more bottled water against a surcharge at the reception or in the restaurant. Bottled water and other beverages can be purchased via the vending machine in the hotellobby.
Brewery:	Paid tour of our brewery. Meeting point is Monday to Saturday (not on public holidays) at 10.30 a.m. in the pub in the brewery. Our home-brewed Willinger Landbier is also available to take home. Further information is available from our brewery or at reception.
Breakfast:	Breakfast is served daily from 06.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. in our restaurant Green Hill on the ground floor. Saturday and Sunday from 07.00 a.m. until 10.30 a.m. Room-Service-Breakfast: During the breakfast times we serve you gladly your breakfast in theroom. Simply fill out the flyer and hand it in at the reception until 20.00 the day before. We charge a one-time surcharge of € 5,00 per day.
Cab / Taxi:	The reception staff will be happy to order a cab for you for a fee.

Children:	For direct bookings via the hotel or Best Western, one child up to the age of 12 stays free of charge in their parents’ room. We are happy to provide you with an extra bed free of charge. Additional children for an extra charge.

Dinner:	You can enjoy it from 05.30 p.m. until 08.00 p.m. in our restaurant. If you would like, you can book the dinner for € 33,00 per person/day at our reception.
Drinks:	You find a vending machine on the floor near the reception. There you can buy different drinks and snacks.
Doctor of medicine:	The next general medical practise is Dr. med. Marc Garbrecht & Dr. med. Dirk Bender. Telephone: 05632-69999, open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 09.00 a.m. until 06.00 p.m.Wednesday: 09.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. Appointments only after calling. Beyond these times there is a medical emergency service at the Maria-Hilf- hospital in Brilon – distance 15 km. Ask the reception desk for help – call +49(0)5632-999810. In serious cases call 0-110 for police or 0-112 for emergency service.
Dry-Cleaning & Laundry service:	Your laundry will be cleaned and returned within 24 hours to your room. This service is available during the week and can be ordered at the reception under +49(0)5632-999810 For prices please see the laundry list in your wardrobe.
Early Breakfast:	Early breakfast is available from 05.30 a.m. in our restaurant Green Hill. Flight Information:	The nearest airport is Paderborn/Lippstadt – 60 km and Dortmund – 120 km. If you need help or information ask the reception staff.
Flowers:	The best way to order is via reception (until 5.30 p.m. the evening before). Alternatively, you will find Blumenhaus Lindner 800 m in the direction of the town center. We will be happy to provide you with vases.

Hot Drinks:	Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your room and 24h free of charge for your use during your stay.
Hotel-Reservations:	If required, we will organise for you an accommodation in any other Best Western Hotel all around the world.
Hotel Entrance:	The main entrance is closed during the night but you can always open the night entrance next to the main entrance with your room card.
In Case Of Fire:	In case of Fire: Inform immediately the reception under +49(0)5632-999810. Keep the windows and doors shut. Read the emergency plan: Familiarize yourself with the emergency plan located at your guest room door for the nearest emergency exit. Leave the hotel immediately by using the designated staircase and emergency exit. Don´t use the elevator! Fire extinguishers are to be found in the corridors. In case of a fire you will be notified by an acoustic alarm. Keep calm and leave the hotel by using the emergency exits.

K1 Hütte:	The gastronomy at the K1 chairlift with restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. for refreshments.
Leisure Amenities:	In our SPA you will find three sauna and a rest area. It is opened daily from 07. 00 to 22.00.
Lost and Found:	If you have lost something during your stay or forgotten something after your departure, please contact our reception staff.
Lounges:	Our hotel lobby and our hotel bar Blue Berry are available to you at any time during opening hours. Please note that you are not permitted to bring your own food and drinks.
Luggage:	If you require assistance with your luggage, please contact the reception desk. This service is available between 07.00 – 21.00. You can also store your luggage until you leave.
Lunch Package:	You can put together a packed lunch for your journey home or a hearty backpack snack for your next hike according to your wishes for an extra charge. Order at the reception the day before until 20.00.

Petrol Station:	The nearest petrol station (Aral) is 50 meters to the right of the hotel exit in the direction of the town center. It is open from 07.00 to 19.00.
Pets:	Are very welcome. However, we ask you to be considerate of other guests. Costs per night per pet € 20,00. We are happy to provide water and food bowls, blankets and “dog-walking bags” free of charge. Please understand that pets are not allowed in our restaurant and sauna area.

Photocopying:	Copy- and facsimile is available 24 hours at the reception desk. Our staff at reception will be happy to assist you. The price of one photo copy is € 0,25.

Room door:	Locking of the room door by pressing the button under the handle. To unlock, press the door handle. Please note that if the door is locked, it cannot be opened from the outside (not even in case of fire, etc.).

Sauna Area:	Our sauna area on the upper floor is available daily from 16.00 to 22.00. Earlier use is possible – please register this at our reception. Warm-up time approx. 30 minutes. Please note that this is a textile-free zone. Children are only admitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sauna Towel:	One large sauna towel per person is available in your closet for use for the duration of your stay. Please take the sauna towel back to your room after use.
Shoeshine Service:	A shoeshine machine is located in the lobby. In your wardrobe there is a glove for cleaning up your shoes – this one is free of charge.
Ski & Bike Room:	A locked bike and ski cellar with boot heating can be found in the underground garage – access is only possible with a programmed room card. Please contact our reception.

Snacks / Drinks:	Various types of snacks and drinks are of course available in our Green Hill restaurant.
